    Reviewed Cranberry-Orange Bundt Cake

"This cake is awesome! Living in Denver, it is hard to find any cake that works, let alone a cake without eggs! I adjusted this cake for high altitude (-1Tbs sugar, 2Tbs flour, -1/2tsp baking powder and 1/2tsp baking soda, 2Tbs liquid, baked at 365'F for 40min) and it came out perfect. You would not even know that it didn't have any eggs. I will ..."

    About Me

My name is Kirk and I do have some formal cooking background. I went to culinary school for two years and worked in a kitchen as a pastry chef for a short time. Things did not work out professionally so now I cook for the joy and the art of it. I love to cook for large gatherings that bring people together. I have done several church gatherings raging in size from 20-over 100 people. Monthly I cook for a church event we call Meet the Chapel. It is a time for people to get to know our church and share a free lunch. I get asked a lot about why I do not go back to cooking professionally and the only thing I have to say it I don't want to ruin my joy of cooking by making it work.

    Favorite Foods

I love to make breads and most savory things. My wife has been getting into the sweeter things so I let her do just that.
