    About Me

    In my 70's.  Cook for myself only, i.e., single portion meals or freeze the rest.  I don't like recipes that require buying special spices or other ingredients but use only a small quantityof the ingredient.  

    I'm limited to low sodium, low saturated fat foods, and avoid simple carbohydrates (i.e., low glycemic ratio).  

    I have an old blender but never used it.  I have used whisks.
