I'm passionate about so many things. I LOVE being in the kitchen and trying the extraordinary and the difficult recipes. I'm a very happy home maker and have 2 wonderful kids. Married for life, my husband and I enjoy food as a hobby, mostly eating it, but trying new things and cooking together as well.
Follow along our journey at www.jodimichelle.com where I chronicle the in's and out's of our life. It's not a simple one, it's a conscience one. Sometimes finding happiness is taking the detour.
xoxo
To Make: I love breakfast fare. Serving it and puling off a difficult dish is generally very appealing and easier in the breakfast category. I also LOVE to bake.
To Eat: A good burger, steak and salmon, vanilla ice cream with just the right amount of chocolate sauce. MMmmmmm. I love love love cobb salad and taco salad and I could eat pancakes at midnight with a glass of red wine every night if given the opportunity.
