I live in southern Australia and love to cook, read (mysteries and biographies) and travel. I often take part in local cooking courses and my dream way to spend a couple of weeks would be a cooking/eating/walking holiday in Tuscany or France.
I love to cook almost anything, although am tyring to cut down on fat and calories these days. I love using all the fabulous fresh ingredients we have available here in Aus. My favourite cuisines are Thai, Cajun and Indian. I'm famous for my range of soups (I could seriously live on soup).
