Well, I figured it was time to update my profile! I am no longer a student nurse - I graduated and passed NCLEX!!! Now I am an RN!!! Still learning every day though!
I love to cook when I find the time. I am one of those cooks who rarely follows a recepie to the letter (I will the first time). I like to experiment and tweak recepies...sometimes it turns out great and others..well, we call it "fend" nite, as in fend for yourself mom's creation flopped. I have a lot of fun it the kitchen with my boys.
I cannot believe they have grown up so fast. My 18 year old wants to become a Marine, my 17 year old wants to become a programmer, and 10 year old wants to be a teacher. I definately have my hands full. Especially during the summer with the kids, and the kids friends...lol. I swear they think I run an all night diner! I don't mind though - they are good boys - and yes, always hungry.
I love Italian, Mexican, and am developing a taste for Thi and Indian foods. I would like to try cooking some French foods next though.
