    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

My son and I are often found in the kitchen cooking up some new recipe. He is only four but he calls himself the iron chef of the house. Its true!!! He is so wonderful at cooking, he is often instructing his dad on what steps should be done next. One time I came home late from school (persuing my nursing degree)and JJ was crying as he ran up to my car. I thought he had to be hurt, but he was just angry because his dad did something "wrong" while cooking. If I remember correctly supper still was good that evening, and we have been trying to show him ever since that not everyone cooks, or does anything else the same.

    Favorite Foods

I am aniemic, so anything with iron I will eat. (yes, including liver every blue moon)
However my favorite foods are the Wild White Pizza from Wild Things in Mora, MN. You will have to visit there if you want a taste of this origional, exquisite pizza. Alfredo pasta is also a family fav. Grilled BBQ chicken, pork chops with c.of onion soup, and of course mama sharons potato soup. there are so many more favorites of ours, but I just had breakfast, and I am getting hungry now.
