    I cook my meats til they are brown & crispy, I prefer dehydrated crunchy chicken to moist....I'm back & forth vegetarian but always cook vegetarian meals at least once a week. I would stay vegetarian if anyone else in my family would go veggie!

    Favorite Foods

    I could eat beans, cheese & rice every day...and usually do. I struggle to eat healthy but now that I have a 2 daughters I want to instill healthy eating habits & a love for healthy food.

    Chipotle is my favorite place to eat, that rice is like sweet nectar...
