Beginner cook from Southern California. I work in the real estate market so sometimes I have very little time to cook. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing xbox, spending time with my family, and of course cooking. I also hit the gym about 3-4 times a week. I am passionate about eating right and being fit. My biggest pet peeves include folks that don't know how to drive on the road (lol) and people that are demotivated or just plain lazy.
My favorite foods include anything with seafood, vegetables, fruits, chocolate, and peanut butter. Anything low fat is good with me. I really keep in eye on the amount of calories, carbs, cholestrol, and sodium I have. I know that limits me to a lot of foods, but I believe in eating a balanced diet. Thats actually how came across this website. I grew tired of eating too much of the wrong foods and decided it was time to start eating right. So I found recipezaar and I love it!
