    Reviewed Southwestern Baked Spaghetti

"I made this last night and it was very, very good. Followed the recipe exactly but next time, I might consider doubling the meat and tomato sauce. I would also add a little salt to the egg/milk mixture because the spaghetti part of the dish was a little bland and could use the salt. Might also increase the cumin and the oregano, which I used Me..."

"I have been wanting to make hot and sour soup for years and finally came across this one and thought it sounded good. Read first review where they doubled the broth. I also doubled the amount of broth and doubled the chicken, tofu. Adjusted the vinegar and chili. I agree you need to let this sit overnight in refrig before it tastes right. Thi..."

It needed a lot more sauce, not sure about the tomato paste in the meat...kind of adds a sweetness to the lasagna that I don't really like. No where in the recipe does it stat"

    About Me

I have always loved to cook. When I was out of high school, I had a chance to go back east to a cooking school but passed up the opportunity because I had a boyfriend. Boyfriend is long gone but not the love of cooking. I love great food and love to try new recipes. I don't work outside the home because we have two Italian greyhounds that are big babies and would probably die if I wasn't there so in between chasing them around, I cook! I don't really have any favorite cookbooks right now because I get most of my recipes off the internet. My husband enjoys me cooking and we both love to eat great food.

    Favorite Foods

    Good pizza, steak, MASHED POTATOES!
