I used 3/4 cup of agave syrup instead of honey( I know there is still a debate about agave syrup...), I doubled the amount of cinnamon, and I used an egg substitute.     I run a beautiful bed and breakfast called Hertel's Beach House.My husband Mike and I have been happily married for the last year. We love to kickback and watch movies, beach comb, garden, cook, socialize, and jog. In the winter we travel, and I volunteer for different humanitarian organizations. I used to have a high paced job working as a manager of a million dollar makeup counter in California and now I enjoy life.

    Favorite Foods

    I love breakfast foods, International Foods, Interesting salads and sophisticated Hors d'veours. I am famous to my guests for mixing socializing and baking. I do this for hours everyday. It's heaven. What's not to love about cooking in a modern, magnificent kitchen.Thank God and the Universe.
