"Fantastic and easy. I used about 1/2 tsp powered garlic and doubled the chili power and Worcestershire sauce. I was in a rush and didn;t both to cook it. I;m not sure I;d even bother, it was fantastic as it. I;ll never buy sauce again!"

Reviewed Pasta with Sausage, Tomatoes, and Cream
"Fantastic recipe! It;s really quick and was well loved by everyone. The only change was that I didn;t crumble sausage, I just sliced it in chunks, I used diced tomatoes with Italian herbs and 10% cream instead of whipping cream. Served it over quinoa instead of pasta and it was awesome! Thanks for posting."

I have 2 of the coolest kids in the world. They are incredibly weird, but they keep me moving. I've worked in my family's printing business for the past 15 years. I always swore that I would never work with my family. I came to help out for one week while a guy went on vacation, and I've never left. My kids come to work with me when they aren't in school. My mom has the office to the left of me, and my dad to the right. When we are getting along, everything is great LOL. I like cooking. I can't say I love it, but I do love to try to take regular recipes and make them more "wholesome". Changing things to more natural ingredient, adding extra nutrition, fiber etc.
Salsa. I'm obsessed with salsa.
