    Reviewed Sauteed Leeks and Carrots

"Wonderful side dish! I love carrots, and love this new way to prepare them. I didn't use the nutmeg (because I forgot) but will next time. Also, I added a sprinkle of garlic powder and small amount of agave at the end for a little sweetness. A definite keeper- thanks Dancer!"

Reviewed Chocolate Pudding in a Mug

"Love this yummy treat. Just right when you want a little something chocolate-y. I have made it several times now, and I actually like it better when I reduce the cocoa to one heaping tablespoon- seems a little bitter with 2. And I love to eat it piping hot!"

    Reviewed Apple Cheddar Cookies

"Made these today- they are SO good! Made exactly as written- used pecan cookie pieces (small chips) for the nuts. I have been wanting to try them for awhile, and glad I did! I love that they are not too sweet- perfectly savory/sweet. Will be making these again and again, for sure! Thanks truebrit!"

    Reviewed Breakfast Bake

"My new favorite breakfast casserole! So easy and very yummy. I used the packaged turkey sausage crumbles, which made it super fast to throw together. Perfect consistency- not too eggy, but also not too bread-y. I was looking for something to cook up on the weekend to take to work for breakfast, and this fit the bill perfectly. Haven't tried freezin..."

    Reviewed Gordon Ramsay's Tikka Masala

"I was looking for a sauce recipe to make paneer tikka masala, and I used this recipe for it. It had a great flavor. I did not add the yogurt since I was not looking for a creamy sauce. Blended with my immersion blender before adding my browned paneer cubes and simmering. Will definitely make again- will try it with the chicken or maybe some shrimp...."

    Reviewed Grandma's Ground Beef Pie

"Easy, yummy meal! I omitted the mushrooms- family doesn't like them. Also was out of celery so I added chopped bell pepper. Will make sure I have celery next time- I know that will be great in it. I made gravy, but we liked it without the gravy- good thing I had also made some rice! Served with rice/gravy, cabbage and glazed carrots. Great easy mea..."

    Reviewed Farmer's Pork Chops

"What a yummy meal- we really enjoyed this recipe. The pork chops were perfectly cooked, and the potatoes were so delicious- 5 stars for flavor! However... as with pretty much all Paula Deen recipes, it will have to go in the occasional comfort food category. I wasn't crazy about the pools of grease on top of the potatoes from the pork chops. I'm go..."

    Reviewed Stuffed Hot Dogs

"We really enjoyed these. I didn't do the mustard and sugar for the beans- I seasoned the way I usually do for pork & beans, with garlic and sauteed onions. But I loved the idea of baking the beans on the hot dogs, and melting the cheese- will definitely make these again. Thanks, tamelawak!"
