    About Me

    I'm a stay at home mom of 2 beautiful girls, 4 years and 1 year. My favorite cookbooks are King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking and RecipeZaar! I find that most of my free time is spent cooking or looking for new recipes to try. I'm on a mission to eliminate high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils from my diet and add more whole grains. In 8 months, I've lost 15 pounds by making these simple changes. I wany my girls to grow up making healthy food choices, without feeling like they're missing out on something.

    Favorite Foods

    I used to be known for my chocolate chip cookies, but I haven't found a good whole grain recipe, so I now make the best whole wheat brownies! I love trying new dishes, especially desserts!
