    About Me

    I am the newest Recipe*zaar junkie! I have never thought of myself as much of a cook, but am enjoying trying new things this summer.

    I teach 5th grade in a small town in Nebraska, so summers are a time for me to relax w/ my kids. My 4 year old is also helping with the recipes. *A big help for me is having her assist with dinner. She is much more likely to eat it if she makes it!

    I LOVE to travel abroad- although this has slowed down since we had kids. The Indian and West African recipes on here that I have tried have really brought back great memories.

    Other passions include studying French, gardening, scrapbooking and yoga.
