    About Me

    I am a full time employee as well as a full time student in the Midwest. I am currently working on my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am pursuing a career in Clinical Neuropsychology.

    I love to cook (mostly because I love to eat), and I have quite a few "guinea pigs" that I'm experimenting on: my co-workers, church members, and fellow students. Every recipe that I've tried on here has come out with rave reviews, even if/when I mess it up :)

    I am a Sunday school teacher, and I thouroughly enjoy working with the children. Though I don't have any of my own, they are all "MiMi's" babies. Church is very fundamental in my life, and I would love to be able to evangelize more.

    My famiy's favorite memories involve being around some type of meal, but mostly our recipes aren't written down. They're just kind of passed down with a pinch of this and a sprinkle of that, as the measuring cups. So, this site is really helping me discover that I can actually cook a meal without destroying it. lol That is, when I follow the directions properly...

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite foods include (but are not limited to): My mother's quiche, cherry pie and spaghetti (birthday tradition) and anything my cousin Tonya makes :)

    It's quite ironic. The thing that may have made me famous came from this website. It was the White Chocolate Pecan Pie by Marg@Cayman Designs, who, by the way, when I had trouble with the recipe e-mailed me to let me know what I might have done wrong (and she was right). So thank you Ms. Marge.

    By far, I think my favorite restaraunt to eat at is the Olive Garden. Don't ask me why, because I usually get the same thing. I just love that place.
