    "I did the recipe in Australian standard measuring spoons and cups. Dude.... the flavor of molasses was soooo strong, it almost gave me a headache! But besides that they were ok. I'm planning to remake and reduce the molasses and brown sugar and hopefully they will turn out better."

    I am an Aussie living in Indonesia, I'm finding the recipes and things on here so helpful, because there are so many ingredients we cant get here, so seeing the break-down of a lot of our pre-made ingredients, like pita bread, is so helpful.
    I'm a school teacher at an International School, and I'm teaching COOKING!!, Bible, History, Music & Senior Project.

    Favorite Foods

    Hmmm, I love a lot of different types of food, I love Korean food, chinese food, Indo food, greek food, Indian food, lots, being from Melbourne and the huge multicultural society Melbournite, normally, love many different types of food :D

    My favorite restraunt here in Indonesia is KDS (KAR-day-Es) is an awesome Chinese restraunt. They have a number of specialities that you can only find there.
