"Made these today but forgot to do the fold 5 times and pat to 1" instead going straight to pat 1/2" and cut. lol Oh well. I also substituted 1/2 cup whole wheat flour for some of the regular flour as that's all I had left.
Taste is great, texture is nice (even without all the folding), could be a bit taller but again, that's my own fault...."
