    Reviewed Best Beef Stroganoff

"I made a few changes to this to make it slightly healthier (and tastier), but it;s still yummy and is one of my easy go-to recipes! I skip the butter completely and saute the onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic in a splash of olive oil. I use fresh mushrooms instead of canned, add 1/2 can of beef broth to thin it out, skip the salt, use more..."

Reviewed Fannie Farmer's Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"delicious!! I skip the breadcrumbs and use milk instead of cream, but other than that I follow the recipe exactly. I agree with the reviews that say you have to use a good SHARP cheddar cheese...I made it one time with a milder version and it wasn't as good...the cheese makes the difference!!!"

    Reviewed Delicious Chicken Pot Pie

"This was SO GOOD. I used a rotisserie chicken, added 1 cup of frozen peas, sauteed the veggies in olive oil instead of butter, and added poultry seasoning and McCormick garlic and herb chicken seasoning. It made way more than enough for a 2 qt casserole, so I put the rest of it in a loaf pan and used one pie crust for the casserole and one for th..."

    Reviewed Rice Pudding

"This was my first time making rice pudding and I'm so glad I did! I used 1 cup of rice, a heaping 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and added a cup of raisins at the end. I also sprinkled cinnamon in it while it was cooking because I like my rice pudding to have cinnamon all the way through it. I cooked it for 30 minutes and it turned out..."

"I read all the reviews about how this could be bland if made as written, so I added a few shakes of chipotle ..."

    About Me

I love to cook! Right now I live in a studio apartment with a tiny kitchen, but someday I will have a real kitchen. It hurts my soul when people have huge kitchens and don't use them.

    Favorite Foods

lasagna, pot roast, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, nutella, bananas, pizza, sushi (only the rolled up kind, not the giant chunk o' raw fish kind), chips and salsa, salmon, apples, oranges, pears, peaches, green beans, spinach...actually, I love almost all food. I could just go on and on and list every food in existence. How about I list foods I don't like instead?
Liver, (actually, any organ meat grosses me out but I've only ever tasted liver. And chicken hearts. Ew.) cooked cabbage, raw celery in large quantities (I can eat it chopped up in a salad but not in stick form), raw onions, and anything super spicy. Other than that, I'll eat anything!
