"I thought these were really good and very quick & easy to mix up. They tasted a little "eggy" which I like! We will make them again."

"This was well liked at my house! I only had 1 lb of ground beef thawed and that was fine. Would be good with chicken instead of beef also."

I am a stay at home mom w/ a 16 year old daughter and 2 1/2 year old son. My family and I have 11 dogs, 2 horses, 2 mini donkeys, 4 cats and a bird.
I LOVE to cook and do so often. Sometimes mac & cheese and bagel bites, but mostly from scratch meals. I like to try new recipes all the time and have recently gotten brave (confidant?) enough to try NEW recipes for COMPANY! My old policy was to NEVER try a new recipe for company in case it didn't turn out!
I especially love to bake! I'm always making things and trying not to eat too much of them!
Wow! It would be easier to say what I don't like (mustard and onions most especially). I LOVE anything w/ garlic and like most of us I quite like chocolate. The darker the better....won't even touch milk chocolate anymore.
I really like going out to Thai food. I have made a few Thai dishes at home, but prefer to have them somewhere they know what they are doing!
