"I don;t see how this recipe doesn;t have more reviews, it;s just crazy! This was crazy good and super easy to make. I thought for sure I would have ruined this fudge because of constantly having to leave it unattended to get my 2 year old out of things she not allowed to get into. But no it still came out perfect. About Me

I live in the High Desert of Southern California. It's not really an interesting town. Pretty boring except that it is starting to get way over crowded.

I'm newly-wed to a wonderful husband. (4 years 7/9/09) So finding something good to eat has been a challenge for me since we both work a lot of hours and are drained when we get home. Plus he's lactose intolerant which makes my job harder because I love recipes that have milk and cheese, plus he can be very picky. Learning something new to cook that taste different and yummy is why I have signed up with this site. (so far so good!)

Just found out we are expecting our first child and am 7 months pregnant.  We're having a GIRL, :-)  She is due 1/1/11.  So exciting!

I don't really have a favorite cook book, just a small collection of things that my mom has taught me. As well as from friends and family members. I love experimenting in the kitchen, just not the clean up part.

Cooking is one of my biggest passions, I just don't have a whole lot of time to do it during the week. I also like to read, and I'm currently trying to learn how to crochet. Some of my favorite magazines are Latina, Women's Health, Sunset, and Shape. Just to name a few. One of my favorite authors is John Grisham he is an amazing author. I also like going to the movies or renting them (due to lack of time and the movie going to DVD).

I will have to say that my cookbooks with my recipe's are a work in progress so don't be surprised if I have only a few. I think I have more wanting to try recipe's than I do of my own so far. I do try out and experiment with the recipes. I also give good reviews, and if my husband loved it, it was worth more than the stars that they allow us to give. He's as I mentioned VERY picky.

Also another wonderful website that I was lucky enough to find is www.thepioneerwoman.com It's loaded with cool recipe's and awesome contests and give aways. So check it out if you can.

My biggest pet peeves are lying, rude people, cheating, road jerks and a dirty house.

Since having a girl, I have started making tutus as well as sell them.  I have some wonderful ones and I can also custom make one with your favorite colors.  Check out my website at www.facebook.com/beeblestutus  Currently I have a super cute 4th of July tutu.  As well as matching barbie tutu's, go check em out! :-)

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods to eat are Italian, Mexican, and Japanese. To cook it would have to be dessert because it's easy. lol :-) My favorite dish to make would have to be Green Chilie Casserole again, because it's easy!

My most famous dessert is Black Forest Delight Cake. It's usually gone in one day. (I live with a lot of people.) My brother-in-law says my potatoe salad rocks! It's the best he's ever had.

I'm not picky when it comes to restaurants, I only have a few rules, it has to be good tasting, decently priced, and quiet if at all possible. There's this place called Lilly's Place in the downtown area which is usually always peaceful and has wonderful food, so I guess that's my favorite restaurant. Update, my favorite place close. :-(

Below is a link to my uncle's band, their music rocks!! Check them out if you'd like. :-)
