    Reviewed Minestrone Soup with Pasta, Beans and Vegetables

    "Delicious! My only addition was two cloves of garlic. I followed others' suggestions to add more broth so added one extra cup and it was just right. I also added the pasta in the bowl and put the soup on top.

    Was going to sautee my veggies first but ran out of time this a.m. and it still turned out just fine.

    Drawback: Too much pasta. Before I added the pasta it was perfect and once I added that, it was overwhelming. Some is good, too much is not.
