    About Me

I have been married to the man of my dreams for 30 years in Sept of 2013  Our 6 kids are our kitties.   They are all shelter children and they were fortunate enough to be adoped into Kitty palace.  Over our 30 years together, we have been proud to have adopted 11 kitties and they have experienced longetivy and great love and care.  We have had 2 live to 25 yrs, 1 live to 23 years, 1 to 19 years, and one, unfortunately, like people, lost to cancer at age 7.  They all broke our hearts.  It was just like loosing children.  Currently our oldest is 12 years, we have 3 at 6 years, one at 5 years, and the only little girl, at 4 years.  Unfortunatly, we cannot adopt anymore, because at this point in our lives, they will outlive us.  We have made arrangements to have any remaining babies cared for should we pass before them.

    Favorite Foods

Favorites...Wow, it's hard to choose: all-time, I would say shrimp, but so many foods can taste so different depending on how they are prepared. I love Italian, French, Mexican (if not too hot), Chinese, Veggies,..it's all in how you prepare it and what your personal taste is!!!
We have not found a favorite restaurant in our new area of Florida. We go to different ones for different items. We eat out alot since we only get to eat together twice a week. (We are both in the restaurant industry). I don't get to cook as much as I would like but the hubby, bless his heart, says I work too hard to cook all day on my days off. For the Holidays I go all out from soup to nuts and enjoy every minute of it even though I have to fit it into a very busy schedule at those times of the year. I am sure they are busy for everyone, but those of you in the restaurant industry know what I mean.
