    About Me

I live with my husband in Irving, Texas. Married 30 years. We have one grown son who is now in New York City. He is currently working as assistant to the editor on a Paramount film.
My husband and I both carry the title of Academic Language Therapist, which is a very difficult title just to say we teach dyslexic students to read, write, and spell. We have a private practice and love what we do.
I discovered that I had difficulty with gluten about 2 years ago. Since that time, I have been searching for baked goods that were tasty and reminded me of "the good ole wheat days".
