Part of my chores growing up was to cook dinner once a week, so many of the things I cook are centered around feeding a family. Many of my dishes my parents won't have while I'm away at school because I make them better than they do.
I teach high school science, math, and computers.
Rich creams and cheeses are my favourite. From creamy alfredo to my signature Swedish meatballs to three cheese pizzas, I love it all.
I'm partial to beef products, occasionally use chicken, and tend to stay away from seafood (except for crab).
