    I am a young mum to a beautiful girl named Jayla Shea-Tahi. While I was pregnant was when I really found my passion with food and put on a whooping 30kg I have now lost all that weight and am still just as in love with my food as before I just make healthier foods now. 

    Favorite Foods

    I love to dig into a good salad over boiled or baked vegetables anyday! My favourite ethnic food is thai because its so fresh and always so healthy My favourite meat is by far chicken. I dont eat lamb or alot of seafoods. Wihch means Im missing out on alot of great recipes.. My favourite dish would be a close call between gnocchi and Ravioli in a butter and sage sauce!
