I am a teacher and volleyball and basketball coach at a local high shool. This means I have very little time for cooking. I am also the wife of a wonderful husband, Enrique, and the mother of two beautiful boys, Tanner, 4, and August, 1. This means I usually have even less time to cook!! However, when my husband is at home to help with the kids and we aren't running around, I do love to cook for my family. I've never considered myself a good cook so you probably won't find any recipes that I've posted myself, but I love getting new ideas from you all.
I grew up on a farm so we a lot of home cooked "comfort dishes." However, I will eat just about anything. I especially love to cook Mexican dishes and compare them to the dishes at my husband's restaurant he works. I'm also a huge fan of Italian.
