    I love to cook but hate to clean up afterwards so I tend to make meals that don't require a lot of prep. I am retired and enjoy working in my yard, oil painting, crochet,and reading. There is never enough time in my day for everything I want to do.

    I don't think I actually have a favorite food. I like all vegatables except okra. I like texmex food a lot.
