    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I try to be fair when reviewing a recipe. If I suspect a fault, confusion or just plain stupidity on my side I will say so in my review.

    5 Stars: Very good - a keeper!
4 Stars: Very good, and I will make it again.
3 Stars: Edible/Good, but lacked something and I definately won't make it again.
2 Stars: Tasteless and not worth the effort.
1 Star: Inedible and a waste of good ingredients.

    Favorite Foods

Instead of making a list of foods I like, I'd rather say which I don't like:
Any sort of peppers and chillies,
    celery, and
    strong mustards.

I enjoy eating good food, and will try everything at least once - no matter how many legs it has or where on an animal (and I use this term loosely) it was originally located! ;)
