I am a special education teacher and love my job. It is super rewarding! I like to fill my life with experiences that leave me feeling happy and charitable. I enjoy reading, cooking, playing the Wii, spending time with my family and dogs, etc. I love to create meals that people enjoy. My sister and my boyfriend are my favorite guniea pigs!
My favorite foods are most Chinese dishes, baked and broiled fish, salads with fresh ingredients, and appetizers (we call it 'baby shower food!). I love cooking all of the above foods. I am about to begin growing my own herbs and making my own salad dressings!
