Navy Deepsea Diver that converted to Explosive Ordnance Disposal several years back. Still a little while to go until military retirement and then??? I love to cook, especially with my children! We make some fantastic creations!
Thai food has to be some of my favorite cuisine. I'm getting pretty good at cooking it and have learned how many foreign spices, that I'd never used before, interact with each other. We grow many of our own, so our food is coming along quite nicely.
Other favorite is the morning breakfast creations that my daughter and I do! Always a bunch of fun. My son gets to help too when he's visiting...
Favorite (and most time consuming) making homemade Dim Sum. It takes forever to make enough varieties for a feast, but oh so worth it!!!
