    About Me

    Well I haven't been on here in ages but just saw that I am a founding member...boy do I feel old!  About me, I am mom to Nick who is now 13 and off to high school in the fall and Grace who is 10......I think I may have been pregnant or sooner when I actually joined!  I have been married and divorced and put my self through school to talk away from it wiser, healthier and happier!  In the past 2 years I have gone through alot of personal growth and change and decided to modify my lifestyle by eating healthy and working out....I have gone from a size 18 to a size 5 and I feel amazing.  I have tried to not cut back flavor but have cut back alot of fat.  I want to try to be a more active member on here and am looking forward to seeing some familiar faces.

    Update* Back to University in the fall while working full time....yikes....

    Favorite Foods

    I have since joining this site many years ago adjusted my eating habits dramatically.  I am currently doing the Body for Life program so it is a high protein low carb diet, but I do get one day a week to cheat and when I do its always carbs.....I love them! 

    I love to try new foods, but enjoy comfort food as well.  I love wine, drinking it and cooking with it too!
