I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I was born & bred in N.Y. but moved to Las Vegas 24 years ago. I retired 3 years ago, hated it at first but not anymore. I was becoming a couch potato but last summer found a community center offering aerobic & line dance classes. What fun!
My favorite cookbook is the Weight Watchers Quick & Easy Menu Cookbook. When I joined in 1991 I made great meals. My husband did not know he was on WW and thought he was ill because he lost 10 lbs. in a few weeks.

    Favorite Foods

We still eat healthy, mostly chicken, veggies & pasta. I make a great chicken marsala and my husband loves my brussell sprouts, broccoli or cauliflower. I add margarine, a little balsamic vinegar and seasoned bread crumbs.
How can I pick a favorite restaurant in N.Y. or L.V. they're all so good! We mostly eat buffets and try not to overstuff. For the best buffet on the strip, I'd choose the Paris Hotel and locally I like the Palms.
