    About Me

    I am currently a stay at home mom that has a 4 year old,2-24year olds and my 81 year old mother-in-law that lives with us. I have to cook with her health in mind as she is diabetic and hypertensive.
    I am an open minded person when it comes to food. I only wish the rest of my family where. My husband is a meat and potatoes person, but over the years I have gotten him to loosen up a little and try new things.
    I love to do wood working and painting (all kinds).
    My pet peeves are chewing with your mouth open and if you are in my kitchen you better wash your hands!

    Favorite Foods

    My all time favorite meal is Baked,Glazed Ham...Corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. But the Glaze has to be home made, none of this store bought stuff. I love to try new things when cooking. I make an awsome manderin orange chicken and my most famous (which I got from my mother) is Slow Roasted Venasin or Beef Roast with Rosemary, Thyme, Red Wine and Mushrooms.
    My husband always requests either homemade Lasagne, or Chicken Potpie (The dutch way) and both must be from scratch!
    My favorite resteraunt is Red Lobster. I like all kinds of food. And will usually try anything once, twice if I like it.
