    About Me

    I'm married with two kids. I work in the corporate aviation industry and I have a passion for cooking. I started cooking shortly after I married when I made the discovery that Hamburger Helper could get old. I can't follow a recipe to save my life, I always have to add my personal touch to it and change it up in some way, shape, or form.

    I love to spend time with my kids, be it playing video games or just hanging out with them at the movies. I like to play guitar and play my daughters bass guitar when she isn't looking.

    Favorite Foods

    My family has several different dishes they like me to make for them.

    My daughter likes:

    - Italian inspired herb chicken in a white wine sauce served over tortellini noodles.
    - Sausage and shell noodle bake.

    My son likes:
    - Home made spaghetti & meat sauce
    - Beef stroganoff (without the noodles)

    My wife likes:
    - Anything she doesn't have to make herself!
