Being a vegetarian, I am continuously trying and making new dishes. One of the main difficulties of vegetarian food is trying to maintain good nutrition without getting bored. Thus, I find it exciting to explore new combinations and genres of foods.
I love pasta, especially pasta with white sauces. I also am exploring the unique and flavorful world of Thai and Middle Eastern food. I've found that these types of dishes usually contain great and flavorful herbs and spices which are quite unique and definitely tasty.
