Reviewed Paleo Carrot Banana Muffins
"I am making these for the second time this evening. I love that they are Paleo and gluten free. These have just the right amount of sweetness and are so moist. I wouldn't make any changes to these except that on half of the batter I added about 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and that made them even more special. A girl needs a treat now ..."

I crave fresh local foods and wait each year for local garden produce and protein from sources without hormones or antibiotics. One of my favorite meals is fresh picked green beans, baby red potatoes and Montana venison or bison on the grill. My next favorite would be an oven baked pizza with pesto, fresh mozerella and olive oil. If it's homemade and cooked with love and care it will be good. One of my favorite dishes to make is chicken marsala with morels picked in the mountains of Montana and sun-dried and frozen. Served over mashed potatoes and served with a pinot noir - yum. My favorite restaurant in the local area is the Red Bird in Missoula. Try it, I think you'll like it. I feel blessed that I have the time and the resources to enjoy what this area has to offer.
