My favourite ingredient is sundried tomato, and my favourite dish to cook is olives, baby spinach, fresh basil, fetta and sundried tomato, either grilled into a Turkish bread or as a pizza - so simple and delicious!
The most requested dish in our household would be pan-fried haloumi with cous cous, mushroom and red capsicum.
My favourite restaurant is Maya just off Gouger Street, for their excellent selection of interesting Vegetarian foods and the incredible array of (fattening) Indian sweets.
