    everything I like varity. I mix up our weeks we have japanese nights, thai nights, mexican nights, seafood nights. I think you get my drift.

    People have always loved my beef wellington along with several of my stuffed chicken recipes. my brother loves my lamb shanks. My sis my chicken balls. My mum both my tuna and salmon patties. My other broth the stuffing I make when I do a roast and my other sis my lobster thermidor.
