Reviewed Cilantro Chicken
"Yummy recipe but a little strong in the garlic for my liking. Will try 4 cloves next time. Marinade darkens nicely to give the chicken a delicious coating. I loved the citrus flavour. I used the left overs in a burrito the next day and the flavours were sensational. Look forward to making it again and serving it with tacos."

Reviewed Thai Grilled Chicken Thighs
"I loved making this as much as we loved eating it! It tastes so amazing that it really feels as though it should be complicated to make. So simple and such intense flavours. I love being able to review recipes and decide what to search for depending on the ingredients in our home. Feedback about dishes are so useful aswell. Anyway about me...I'm a wife to a wonderful man who will eat anything I cook so I'm truly blessed there. He's such a pleasure to cook for! I work as a nurse which keeps me busy and on my toes when it comes to menu planning. I am addicited to cookbooks at the moment. My favourite of the month is Annabel Langbein "Food for busy lives." Fabulous food made in no time! For more extensive menus I really like Gordon Ramsey. My goal is to write down all the recipes I want to try and work my way through them!
I love flavourful dishes such as Thai. It's hard to beat Hot and Sour Soup or a Massaman Curry.
