    I'm originally from Brisbane in Australia, but now I've been living in Tokyo for almost 14 years. I love cooking!

    Favorite Foods

    tofu, my fried rice is popular, as are my roast dinners, speghetti dishes and pizza. I live for cheese, which goes well with red wine!
    My fave restaurant is a kaiten sushi (sushi train) in Shinjuku, where all the plates are either 100 or 200 yen.
