Reviewed Pumpkin Spice Bread
"I have made this recipe probably 50 times since I came across it.... and I just LOVE IT. In fact, everyone loves it. The only thing I do differently-- to make it "my own"-- is that I add slightly more of each spice to make it more "spicy" and add a bit of ginger-- seriously, the ginger gives it the perfect kick that it needs. I also like to serv..."

I am a stay-at-home mom---- always looking for the next "great meal" that will keep my preschooler's mouth full enough that he won't hound me for chocolate milk....
For me, food isn't about the best ingredients or the most amazing presentation-- it is about keeping people coming back to my house for the food I serve. It is about creating memories that one day my son's wife will have to figure out how to live up to!
My favorite foods are (in no particular order): cheese, garlic, creamy foods (think alfredo or cheesecake), easy meals that taste like they required hours of work... and just so much more. I love food ans it loves me.
If I had to pick a dish I am famous for-- it might have to be my seasonal spaghetti: fresh herbs based on the season brighten the dish, so in summer you have a very different meal than in winter. Perhaps people might say,"Lillie cooks all the time, there is no such thing as ONE dish she is famous for!" (in fact, that is exactly what my husband just said)
