    About Me

    I have just been looking for the duck recipe that I used for Christmas last year and came across this site - again! I used it last year so I thought I would like to contribute. I have 3 children and "my husband and I" have been married for 25 years now (celebrated on the 15th with way too much food!) I love cooking, which is bourne out by the fact that I was twice the woman my husband married, a year ago. I have since lost 17kg, but still have a little bit to go. Working full time means that I don't have as much time for cooking as I would like and after the holidays, I probably wouldn't have a great deal of time for visiting this site either, but hay, enjoy while I can!

    Favorite Foods

    I love green, crunchy veg at the moment. I enjoy meat and I like trying out new ideas. I have come up with some interesting variations and inventions because of this.
