"Has anyone been watching the new reality show Extreme Chef? I love it! These chefs have to do weird stuff like cook with handcuffs on, cook on the engine of cars, grill in a downpour, pick unmarked canned goods and cook with whatever is in them."

I'm a stay-at-home mom in a little town in Michigan. I am married, have 3 young children, and a handicapped mother, so I'm always looking for something to please all their tastes. I do lots of crafts, reading, trying new recipes, and lead a teen mother's ministry.
My favorite cookbook is any made by churches.
I do lots of canning. I plant a huge garden in the summer and plan it well so I can have a stock during winter when our budget is a little tighter.
