    About Me

I am a choral conductor and composer in the heartland of the US. I enjoy eating, because it is often paired with good music! I like being creative with my food and tweaking recipes to add that certain "je ne sais quoi" mystery to my cooking.

    Favorite Foods

Great breakfasts! (I guess that's not a food, is it?) Well, I'd have to say the egg is one of my favorite foods because it's so versatile! Thank God for eggs.

Cheesecake! I've got a profound weakspot for cheesecake. I've eaten it ever since I was young. Our family has its own recipe, and I refuse to share it with anyone who doesn't share our namesake... it's secret, shh!! :P
