I am a new mother to a beautiful baby boy. My husband refuses to eat healthy (he doesn't eat lettuce?!) mostly because his mother never made him try vegetables so he never developed a taste for them. I on the other hand love almost everything you put in front of me. A few exceptions: american cheese (gag), RAW oysters, and blue cheese. I love crockpot cooking. I was raised on food on the grill (my dad's a steak and potato kind of guy) but unfortunately I live in an apartment so that's not possible. I'm interested in healthy cooking to get back to and possibly lower than my pre-pregnancy weight. :)
I love veggies: squash, asparagus, spinach, artichokes, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, sweet potatoes. The only problem is that i also love the same crap everyone else does (mac n cheese, chips, cookies, etc.) I love mexican and chinese food (stir fry anyone?).
