    About Me

    I love to cook and even more so... I love to eat! I am fairly new to the kitchen but have fallen hard!! As far as I'm concerned it's the heartbeat of the house, where everyone can gather and unwind. My dream is to one day have my own B & B. I'm a big fan of Bobby Flay's style of cooking. I'm big on bold flavors and love mexican & southwestern foods. My favorite FoodTV show is Diner's, Drive-Ins & Dives. I love how creative some of these places are in recreating tradition diner type foods.

    Favorite Foods

    I love it all... it's easier to put what I will not eat. Which is Okra, Brussels Sprouts. I've tried them both several ways and just can't do it. I have no reason really to eat Veal, lamb, tripe, livers, brains, gizzards, etc. I like watching Anthony Bourdain and that other guy on the Travel Channel, but that's about as exotic as I get.
