Reviewed Chicken with muenster cheese
"This was VERY good, and VERY easy. I added some grated Parm to the bread crumbs, and used a seasoned Panko. I think the next time I will add a little lemon zest too. I think it needed a touch of "brightness", but it was truly excellent. Can't wait to try with different cheeses as well."

I am a single Mom to a 16 year old daughter, who is beginning to share my passion for cooking. I cook to relax, and love trying new recipes. We are trying to eat healthier these days, so I am enjoying my quest for fresh light dishes, that really satisfy. I don't post many recipes, but the ones I do post are either created by me, or my own version of an existing recipe., and all are tested again and again before posting.
I have a real passion for music, I manage an AMAZING 60's band in the Tamp area, and never had more fun doing anything. Ever.

My ratings system is as follows
5 stars: knocked my socks off! I will make this again, and again!
4 stars: Very good! But maybe one of my family members didn't love it, I will probably make it again, but not on a regular basis.
3 stars: Good, but needs quite a few modifications to make it a favorite in my family. If I make it again, I will re-work the recipe more to my family's taste.
2 star and below: I just don't give these reviews. If I really did not like the recipe, I just don't review it.
One thing I promise: I will NEVER alter a recipe, then submit a negative review based on my "changed recipe". This is a TOTAL pet-peeve, if I change a recipe and have a favorable outcome, I will list the changes in my positive review, but if I change it and do not like it, well that's my fault and I won't do anyone any favors by saying the recipe is no good when I'm the one who ruined it!
Hmm.. We are partial to mexican and Italian, but also love great steaks, and burgers, soups and chili, and nothing is better than a great meatloaf! I cook about 5 to 6 nights a week, so we go through quite a few recipes!
