    About Me

    I LOVE to cook. My father has been a chef for the last 40 odd years from when he learnt to cook in the army. He taught my mother and then me to cook, and i am now getting my 3yr old son into it as well. He loves to sit on the bench each night and "help" me make dinner.
    I love creating new dishes of my own, just by using what i have in the cupboard and fridge, and i love people that appreciate really good food.
    My husband is not so much of a fussy eater, as he has just not experienced much in the way of culinary delights. i love it when i can make something new and a little more exotic that bolognaise and he likes it!!
    i love my family, they are everything to me, and it is BIG! I have 4 sisters, 3 brothers, 11 nieces and nephews, plus sister and brother-in-laws.

    Favorite Foods

    Lasagne, Cannaloni(also one of my favourite things to make), Irish stews, Home-made bread and biscuits.
    I guess the dish i am most famous for making amoung my friends and family would be my smoked chicken and spinach cannaloni. It is usually the one thing people ask me to make if they are comin over for tea, and i have to make double quantities, coz if people dont have seconds, they want a doggie bag. It is the best feeling to know that something you created with your own 2 hands can be appreciated and loved so much. that is the feeling i love most about cooking.
