"These are wonderful. I too used fresh salmon because I already had it. This recipe can be tweaked in many ways to keep the flavors interesting. I grilled these. I have to say to the many people that commented about the ingredients not being clear. It states the amount of salmon to use and the wasabi. I assumed powder but the paste would not be much..."

I love to play with different recipes. I do have a few, what others have called FANTASTIC recipes. Otherwise, I am a novice with the joy of cooking. I haven't concord the ability to bake very well. (working on it)
My favorite recipes are appetizers, finger foods, etc. I love to throw a party. It seems to be the the standing "joke" amongst my friends,"What are we doing for_ _ _ (occassion)? Let's find out what Shadowgirl is making." I do take it as a compliment.
Seafood...Cheese...and all in between.
