Reviewed Delicious Asian Chicken Salad With Chow Mein Noodles
"My 12 year old son and I loved this. Unfortunately, the rest of my family wasn;t in agreement. My 14 year old daughter liked the salad but not the dressing. I am originally from KC and will always be a Chiefs fan. I now live in the Las Vegas Valley. My husband and I have been married for 13 years. I have 7 kids ages 7 to 21. Only 5 are still left at home. The older 2 have gone off to make their way in the world.
I have always love to cook. I learned from my paternal grandmother. I took over the cooking in our house when I was 14-my mother was not a good cook and my family was getting tired of Hamburger Helper. I read cookbooks like most people read novels.
My hubby and I both diabetics so we are trying to eat healthier and teach our kids better eating habits. I love this site and am trying tons of new recipes. My 10 year old son loves to cook too. He makes a mean scrambled egg!
I love homegrown tomatoes and zucchini and I'll never pass up a good steak or eggplant parmesan.
